could not connect to database

Database error occured. Please check the following:

• Make sure the SQL Server service is running
• Make sure the 'InetKit45' database exists in SQL Server
• Make sure the '\INetPub\WWWRoot\InetKit\Common\connect.asp' contains the correct SA username and password.
  If the SA password is not blank and you don't want to store it in a file, then create a new SQL Server user, give that user permissions to the Inetkit45 database, then update this file accordingly
